Service Maintenance Add-Ons
Enhance your Service Maintenance Plan with our selection of convenient add-ons. Choose from the options below to customize your plan and maximize the lifespan of your water treatment systems. Keep your water quality at its best with DuMor Water Specialists.
Add-On
Includes seals, spacers, and piston (maintenance parts) as well as all parts necessary for the operation of filter. The customer is responsible for the cost of filters and chemicals required for operation.
Cost: add $10 to monthly charge or $100 to annual charge.
Carbon Tank / Dechlorinator Add-On
Includes replacement of carbon media as needed. Customer is responsible for the cost of filters.
Cost: Add $10 to monthly charge or $100 to annual charge.
Bypass Add-On
Includes replacement of any valves, fittings, or connections to any of our equipment. Also covers part replacement on Kinetico SuperKits. The customer is responsible for the cost of the main water shut-off valve and any fittings and connections before or after water treatment bypass connection. *Only available to customers we have equipment install pictures on file.
Cost: Add $5 to monthly charge or $50 to annual charge.
Additional Trips Add-On
For customers that want us to come out more than once a year to change filters and do a maintenance check. Additional costs will depend on the customer’s current service package.
Cost per additional trip: add $15 to monthly charge or $175 to annual charge.
